Summer workshops 18+

Take your skills to the next level with our circus arts summer workshops

This summer camp is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who have prior experience in the circus arts or related sports, such as gymnastics, diving, dance, etc., and who are looking to continue their training and enjoy an enriching experience.

Registration is currently open and will remain so until May 29, 2026.

These workshops, each lasting one week, will allow participants to explore the various technical and artistic aspects of the circus arts.

In addition to group classes in basic disciplines and techniques, you will have the opportunity to choose one discipline from those offered each day, which you can explore and develop throughout the week.

Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • 1 hour for lunch
  • 1.5 hours per day of classes of your choice from the disciplines offered

Various workshops throughout the day, including:

• Basic techniques: acrobatics, balancing, flexibility, strength training, Pilates, trampoline, juggling;
• Circus disciplines (1.5 hours per day): one choice per week from the disciplines offered.
• Additional workshops: movement, flying trapeze, lifts, etc.

Courses offered each week:

  • Week of June 22: aerial silks, tightrope, trapeze, aerial hoop, Cyr wheel, partner acrobatics, acrobatic cycling, trampoline wall, Chinese pole
  • Week of June 29: aerial silks, rope, trapeze, aerial hoop, Cyr wheel, hand-to-hand, acrobatic bike, trampoline wall, Chinese pole, handstands, straps
  • Week of July 6: aerial silks, rope, trapeze, aerial hoop, Cyr wheel, hand-to-hand, acrobatic bike, trampoline wall, Chinese pole
  • Week of July 13: aerial silks, rope, trapeze, aerial hoop, Cyr wheel, hand-to-hand, acrobatic bike, trampoline wall, Chinese pole, handstands, straps
  • Week of July 20: aerial silks, rope, trapeze, aerial hoop, Cyr wheel, hand-to-hand, acrobatic bike, trampoline wall, Chinese pole, handstands, straps

People aged 15 and over will have access to the “à la carte” summer courses.

Summer workshop refund policy

Cancellation of the summer workshops by the École de cirque de Québec 
If one of the summer workshops is cancelled by the École de cirque de Québec, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by the participant – before the registration deadline
Participants who cancel their registration before the workshop’s respective registration deadline will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by the participant – after the registration deadline
Participants who cancel after the registration deadline but before the start of the summer workshop are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.

Cancellation by the participant – after the summer workshop has started
No refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellation request after the start of the summer workshop will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
